Shipping Information
Custom Made to Order
All our products are custom-made to order.
- All Stykonz products are custom made to order using print-on-demand production — we do not mass-produce.
- Each item is individually printed, measured, cut, sewn, quality checked, packaged, and shipped.
- Our products are unique and worth the wait.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number. Address changes can only be made prior to dispatch.
Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide.
- Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple production facilities depending on the product ordered and destination.
- Fulfilment and shipping times differ from traditional retail.
- Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Our Global Shipping Rates
- Orders up to $50.00 = Flat rate $7.00
- $50.00 – $100.00 = $12.00
- $100.00 – $149.00 = $15.00
- $150.00 and over = FREE SHIPPING (as below)
- Rates are calculated automatically at checkout when you enter your postal address.
- We’re not liable for parcels left unattended at your request (loss, theft, or weather damage).

- Excludes: United Arab Emirates, Israel, Saudi Arabia, India, and Guadeloupe.
What Does Fulfilment Mean?
- Fulfilment is the time required to custom-make your order before shipping.
- Most items take a minimum of 7 business days to fulfil before dispatch.
- Shoes may take between 2–4 weeks to fulfil.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
- Estimated total time (fulfilment + shipping): approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the product and destination.
Shipping Time Frames
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 8–20 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
- Shoes: please allow 2–4 weeks (fulfilment may take longer for shoe orders)
- Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Delivery Information & Tracking
Every country has specific customs and delivery processes.
- Tracking number(s) are sent once your order has shipped.
- Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.
- If you request unattended delivery, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or weather damage.
- If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact the carrier first, then email customerservice@stykonz.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Australian customers: GST is included in pricing. As some products are manufactured overseas, customs or import duties may apply.
- International customers: GST is not charged.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- If fees are refused and the parcel is returned, the item cost will be refunded in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
