Orders & Products
1. Custom-Made to Order
- All Stykonz products are custom made to order — we do not mass-produce.
- Each item is individually printed, measured, cut, sewn, quality checked, packaged, and shipped.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before fulfilment begins.
2. Do You Use More Than One Manufacturer?
- Yes. We partner with two premium manufacturers.
- Orders with different product types may arrive in separate packages.
- You will receive individual tracking for each shipment.
3. Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?
- Yes, if products are fulfilled in different facilities.
- Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
- Items may arrive at different times.
4. Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
- Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Changes can only be made before fulfilment begins.
- Once production or shipping starts, changes are not possible.
5. Does Stykonz Have a Physical Store?
- No — we are an online store only.
- But who knows what the future holds?

Every product page includes:
- A detailed Product Information tab
- A Size Guide tab (to the right)
- Shoe sizing images for shoe items (where applicable)
Returns & Refunds
7. 30-Day Return Policy
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
- Return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method.
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
- Standard refunds: 3–7 days.
- PayPal card-linked refunds: up to 30 days.
10. Exchanges
- We replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Photographic evidence is required to assess the issue.
- Email us customerservice@stykonz.com with a photo of the fault/damage.
11. Gift Returns
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the return is approved.
- If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
12. Shoe Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Shoes are eligible for return only if faulty or damaged.
- Size-related issues are not considered faults.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued only for confirmed faults.
- Size exchange only (1 size up or down).
- One free exchange per shoe order.
13. Wrong Address or Lost Parcels
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
- Tracking details are provided once shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

14. Order Errors at Checkout
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately with your order number.
- Orders cannot be changed once fulfilment or shipping has begun.

15. Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide.
- Please allow 7–14 days for your order to be custom-made.
- Estimated shipping: 2–4 weeks, depending on your country.
- Tracking no(s) sent when your products are shipped.
- Ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

16. What Does Fulfilment Mean?
- Fulfilment = time required to custom-make your order before shipping.
- Most items take a min 7 business days to fulfil before dispatch.
- Shoes may take 2–4 weeks to fulfil.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
Estimated total time (fulfilment + shipping): approximately 2–6 weeks, depending on the product and destination.
17. Shipping Timeframes
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 8–20 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
- Shoes: please allow 2–6 weeks (fulfilment may take longer for shoe orders)
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
18. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking no(s) sent once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, depending on the carrier.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or weather damage due to unattended delivery.

19. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Australian customers: GST included.
- Customs/import duties may apply for overseas-manufactured products.
- International customers: No GST charged.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility.
- Refused parcels refunded per our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Yes, we offer Gift Vouchers.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
- Validity period may be displayed on the gift voucher at purchase.
