Orders & Products
1. Custom-Made to Order
- All Stykonz products are custom-made — we do not mass-produce.
- Each item is measured, printed, cut, sewn and shipped directly to you.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before fulfilment begins.
2. Do You Use More Than One Manufacturer?
- Yes, we partner with two premium manufacturers.
- Orders with different product types may arrive in separate packages.
- You will receive individual tracking for each shipment.
3. Will My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?
- Yes, if products are made in different facilities.
- Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
- Items may arrive at different times.
4. Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
- Email us ASAP with your Order Number.
- Changes can only be made before fulfilment begins.
- Once production or shipping starts, changes are not possible.
5. Does Stykonz Have a Physical Store?
- No — we are an online store only.
- But who knows what the future holds? 👀

Returns & Refunds
7. 30-Day Return Policy
- Refund, store credit or exchange available within 30 days.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Store credit valid for 12 months.
- Shoe returns follow special conditions.
8. Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
- Shoes must be returned in original shoebox inside a postage box.
- No returns on masks, swimwear bottoms, earrings, hair items unless faulty.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds go to your original payment method.
- We cannot refund to a different card.
- Standard refunds: 3–7 days.
- PayPal card-linked refunds: up to 30 days.
10. Exchanges
- We exchange or refund faulty/damaged items.
- Email us with a photo of the fault/damage.
11. Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit.
- If not, refund goes to the original purchaser.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
12. Shoe Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Size exchange only (1 size up or down).
- One free exchange per shoe order.
- No refunds for sizing issues.
- Refunds issued only for faulty shoes.
- Sale refunds apply to sale price only.
13. Wrong Address or Lost Parcels
- If address is wrong, reshipment fees apply.
- Lost parcel claims must be lodged within 30 days.

14. Order Errors at Checkout
- Email us immediately with details.
- Orders cannot be changed once shipped.

15. Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide.
- Allow 7–14 days for custom-making.
- Shipping estimate: 2–4 weeks.
- Tracking provided when shipped.
16. What Does Fulfilment Mean?
Time required to make your order:
- Fulfilment: minimum 7 days
- USA / UK / Europe / AUS / NZ: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 8–20 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
- Shoes: 2–4 weeks
Total time: 2–4 weeks
17. SHIPPING RATES
- Our Global Shipping Rates:
- Orders up to $50.00 = Flat rate $7.00
- $50.00 - $100.00 = $12.00
- $100.00 -$149.00 = $15.00
- $150.00 and over FREE SHIPPING
- Rates are calculated automatically at Checkout when you enter your postal address. Please ensure you enter the correct address details.
- Tracking is emailed once shipped.
- Some countries no longer require signatures.
- We’re not liable for parcels left unattended at your request.
18. Christmas Delivery Dates
Christmas cut-off is closed for 2025.
Orders made now will arrive early 2026.
19. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Australian GST charged at checkout.
- International customs fees vary by country.
- If fees are refused, parcel may return and item cost will be refunded (shipping excluded).

- Enter other codes manually at checkout.
- One code per order.
- Some exclusions apply (gift cards, some sales).
23. Gift Vouchers
- Yes, we offer Gift Vouchers.
- Valid for 12 months.
- Non-redeemable for cash.
24. Report Issue
- Tell us what happened + your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours.
