Shipping Policy
Custom Made to Order
All Stykonz Graffiti Streetwear products are custom made to order. We do not hold mass-produced stock. Each item is individually printed, measured, cut, sewn, quality checked, packaged, and shipped once an order is placed.
Because our products are made to order using print-on-demand production, fulfilment and delivery times differ from traditional retail. Our products are unique and worth the wait.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately during Australian business hours (Monday to Friday) with your order number. Address changes can only be made prior to dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from multiple production facilities, depending on the product ordered and destination.
Fulfilment Time
Fulfilment refers to the time required to custom-make your order before it is shipped. Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
Most orders take a minimum of 7 business days to fulfil before dispatch. Shoes may take between 2 weeks to fulfil.
Estimated Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 8–20 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Fulfilment and shipping combined can take approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the product and destination. Shipping times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.
The delivery carrier may contact you directly by email or text message to confirm delivery details. Please respond promptly where required to avoid delays.
Delivery Responsibility
Stykonz Graffiti Streetwear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you request delivery to be left unattended, such as at a front door or in an unsecured location, we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or weather damage. If you are not available to receive delivery, we recommend redirecting your parcel to a local post office or collection point where available.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customerservice@stykonz.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can assist you in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Australian customers: GST is included in our pricing. As some products are manufactured overseas, customs or import duties may apply.
International customers: GST is not charged. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Local authorities determine Customs fees and are outside of our control. If applicable, the delivery carrier will contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.
If you choose not to pay applicable customs or import fees and the parcel is returned to us, please contact customerservice@stykonz.com once the parcel has arrived. A refund for the returned item will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
