Return & Refund Policy

At Stykonz Graffiti Streetwear, all of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production. As a result, we accept returns only in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Most items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied; unworn and unused; and returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards (non-returnable and non-redeemable for cash)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Swimwear, bikini bottoms, bathing suits
  • Earrings and hair accessories (for health and hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@stykonz.com with your full name, order number, delivery address, and clear photographic evidence showing the fault or damage. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return packaging and postage costs. A tracked shipping service is required. Please email your tracking number to customerservice@stykonz.com. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank. Standard refunds: 3–7 days.
PayPal card-linked refunds: up to 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card provider as processing times may apply. Next, contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact customerservice@stykonz.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Photographic evidence is required to assess the issue. Email us customerservice@stykonz.com with a photo of the fault/damage.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-redeemable for cash.
